"Hello there again!",

the man at your door says to you. The same man as before hands you a small envelope, once again
with the word CLASSIFIED stamped across the front in large lettering. You wearily thank him for
his troubles again and go to your study, where you open the letter. Inside is another encoded
message, though at least this time there's no photograph inside. You go about reading it.
